You have the option of having the vehicle you want to purchase undergo comprehensive inspection prior to finalizing sale of that specific vehicle, and Automoti.com will make the results of all inspection reports available to the purchaser on a timely basis. Certification is completed by a qualified third-party inspection company or entity and NOT by Automoti.com. Automoti.com offers no express or implied warranty as to any vehicle inspection. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THE VEHICLE DESCRIPTION PROVIDED, AS WELL AS TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE INSPECTION REPORT PROVIDED TO YOU. Vehicles covered by Limited Warranty Coverage: For vehicles which are covered by manufacturers’ warranty, Automoti will make warranty information available to you prior to finalizing sale of a specific vehicle. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY BEING OFFERED FOR THE VEHICLE YOU ARE CONSIDERING BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE PURCHASE. All terms of the limited warranty are determined by the Seller or by the Manufacturer, and not Automoti.com. Limited warranties generally do not cover cosmetic or other non-mechanical parts. The manufacturer, NOT Automoti.com is responsible for any claims arising under the provided warranty.

Vehicle Return Policy: Except where expressly prohibited by law, Automoti offers a return policy on all vehicles that have received a prior inspection as described above allowing a purchaser to return a vehicle to us within 3 days or 300 miles, whichever comes first. In the event a vehicle is returned, Automoti will have to find an interested purchaser to buy that vehicle. Thus, Automoti.com will have up to (30) business days to refund the buyer’s purchase monies, from the date on which Automoti.com receives the returned vehicle. Customer shall be responsible for any additional sales/use tax or licensing fees incurred as a result of the return or exchange. In the event the original vehicle is returned damaged, where permitted by state law, Automoti.com may refuse the return or in the alternative collect from customer that amount that dealer can prove was actually expended to repair the vehicle. It is the purchaser's responsibility to return the vehicle to Automoti.com within the prescribed return period. Automoti.com is not obligated to pick-up the vehicle from you nor are they responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of the vehicle. Automoti.com has agreed to facilitate the purchaser's exercise of the option to return the vehicle in good faith.
